Mi5 Ltd (Trading as Mi5 Technologies) shopping terms are as follows:
By continuing to access the Mi5 Technologies website (“this website”), you agree to the terms set out in these Terms of Use.   

Shipping dates
If you need for your order to be delivered by a certain time, please inform us of this when you order. Just place a note in the comments field on the checkout pages.

Orders will not be despatched until full payment has been received.

Please allow at least 3 days for delivery. We endeavour to despatch your goods within 24 hours of receiving your payment but delivery time frames can vary.  Our products are imported and could be delayed by extended periods when you place your order.  When this is the case, you will be notified asap.

Orders placed will be held for a period of 7days
If we have not received your payment within this time frame your order will be automatically cancelled.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Mi5 Technologies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mi5 Technologies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment received.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
Mi5 Technologies will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is received within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
Mi5 Technologies will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in a damaged condition or an incorrect item. 
Notification needs to be received within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Refund postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Freight
National - Courier : Please note Courier's are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes so physical addresses are necessary when placing your order.

Freight Costs and timing:
You will be notified of costs once your order has been received.International
International Orders can be paid for in multiple currencies. It is recommended that International buyers purchase some form of insurance. Mi5 Technologies takes no responsibility for International Orders not reaching their destination safely. To place an International order please click here and we will advise shipping costs and delivery times.

Back Orders
You will be notified of any out of stock items upon placing your order. Any out of stock items will automatically be placed on back order and sent to you as soon as they become available.

Pre-Ordering
All pre-orders must be paid for at the time of ordering. Cancellation of order once shipping has commenced will carry a full 100% cancellation fee.

Our Privacy Policy
Mi5 Technologies does not share customer information including email or postal mail address with anyone. 
It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail.
